Our Story

Welcome to abletu. abletu has been founded by Joe & Marc, 2 friends who bonded over their love of dogs! Joe’s dog Lyla ( We don't know what she is! We think a border terrier and French bulldog Cross )  and Marc's dogs Frank the frenchie & Bruno the English bully, have all had their fair share of skin issues. Frank is also quite possibly the most anxious frenchie in the UK! 

After trying multiple products available to help with skin irritations & copious amounts of things to help calm frank down, we realized that nothing was really working, 

Why? Well most items we found are frankly, underdosed and low quality, we noticed a pattern of products having a lot of fillers like Celulose and potato starch, when we weighed the products ( yes we weighed them ) we found that in most cases over 80% of the products  were filled with…fillers! Fillers are inactive ingredients used to ‘fill’ a product up, they are cheap and in most cases, worthless!  so we decided to do something different, not do that! We decided to make products that had ONLY active ingredients, Ingredients with a purpose, Ingredients that will allow your dog to be abletu live life to the fullest!  

We use pumpkin powder & Beef Liver powder as the base ingredients, and let the rest of the ingredients work their magic!  

We are proud to be an ethical pet brand, not only do we want to make a difference to your pet we want to make a difference to the planet, that is why we have reduced our plastic materials by over 90% using an all paper biodegradable packaging!
